I need a purchase order system that allows users to select a delivery date for a product.

I need to allow users to schedule deliveries up to one year in advance according to some set of simple rules (no holidays, only certain days of the week) and according to product availability (so must check inventory in db for that delivery day).

We will probably employ this a as a web service for an e-commerce site.
